4 Months
Emily had her four month check-up this week. The doctor continues to feel that she is right on track with all of her milestones and is looking great!
Height: 23.5 inches, 22%
Weight: 13 lbs 2 oz, 38%
Head circumference 75%
She is still just a little peanut, but the doctor said she is getting bigger and isn't concerned at all that she is on the lower side for the weight. She has plenty of time to keep growing bigger!

17 weeks
Emily started day care this week. She is doing great! She is taking really long naps and playing well with the other kids (or doing a nice job of sitting next to them). She gives everyone smiles when we get there and they are always happy to see her, but not as happy as I am when I pick her up at the end of the day. She has been sleeping better at night, I guess sleeping well during the day helps. I am very relieved, I was a bit nervous I was going to be exhausted when I got back to work.
She has learned to suck her thumb, hopefully we will get a picture this week. It is so cute! She is almost four months and it is fun to see her able to play with toys. She loves music and any toys that make noise. Her favorite song now is "The Wheels on the Bus," and gets excited to hear it. She has officially now able to roll over. For awhile she was just doing it out of luck, but now does it all the time.

Christmas 2010
What a joyous Christmas we had! The Burnetts and Peters came to Denver. We had a family Christmas Eve party at our house and then an 80's themed Christmas dinner at the Jacobs on Christmas day. Emily had a great time. She is such a little party animal!
